Evelyn Ankers

Evelyn Felisa Ankers (17 agosto 1918 - 29 agosto 1985) è stata un'attrice americana che ha spesso interpretato variazioni sul ruolo della giovane protagonista colta in molti film horror americani durante negli anni Quaranta, in particolare The Wolf Man (1941) con Lon Chaney Jr., un frequente partner sullo schermo.

Primi anni

Ankers è nato da genitori inglesi: 53 anni a Valparaíso, in Cile. Ha studiato alla Latymer School, alla Golophyn School, alla Tacchomo School of Music and Dramatic Art e alla Royal Academy of Dramatic Art di Londra.:54

Vita personale

Ankers si è trasferita alle Hawaii quando suo marito ha accettato il ruolo di governatore in Hawaii 5-0 . Morì di cancro alle ovaie all'età di 67 anni il 29 agosto 1985 a Maui. Ankers e Denning sono sepolti nel cimitero dei veterani di Makawao a Makawao, Hawaii.
